Join us at the Fargo VA for one of our Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation series of classes. The dates of the three-class series are May 17, 24, & 31, from 2 to 3 p.m. -OR- June 14, 21, & 28, from 2 to 3 p.m. -OR- July 12, 19, & 26, from 2 to 3 p.m.

Join us at the Fargo VA for one of our Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation series of classes.

The dates of the three-class series are:

  • May 17, 24, & 31, from 2 to 3 p.m.
  • June 14, 21, & 28, from 2 to 3 p.m.
  • July 12, 19, & 26, from 2 to 3 p.m.

Classes take place in the Fargo VA's Whole Health & Wellness Center (room 2E-25). This 3-class series introduces simple mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and improve wellbeing. Mindfulness brings focus, ease, and freedom from emotional reactions in daily life. It is a way of taking more pleasure and discovering gratitude.
