Looking for a way to improve your communication skills and enhance your relationship?

The Fargo VA is offering Couples Therapy available to Veterans who are interested in improving their relationship with their spouse or life partner.

Integrative Couple Behavioral Therapy consists of two phases:

1. Assessment phase: This phase consists of a joint assessment session, followed by individual sessions and a feedback session.

2. Intervention phase: This phase consists of completing a weekly or bi-weekly questionnaire, which will be the focus of the sessions. We will discuss incidents that reflect the problems. The goal is not to find who is to blame, but to understand these incidents and how to handle them more effectively.

Evening sessions are available on Tuesdays at 4:30pm and 5:30pm.

Also through December, sessions are available the first Saturday of the month at 8am or 9am scheduled appointments.

To schedule an appointment call 701-239-3700, dial 9 then ext: 3150.
